ABOUT THE GOLF CLUB Pyecombe Golf Club is a thinking golfer's course. Originally designed by James Braid and opened in 1894 the 18 holes spread over two rolling ridges with a valley in between. Course management and the accurate placement of shots are the order of the day. Though there are several opportunities to gamble with a risk and reward strategy. Pyecombe takes great pride in looking after the environment. As you play you will spot plenty of natural flora and hopefully deer, buzzards and other wildlife.
