The greens and fairways of Espiche Golf course near Lagos are carefully placed to balance the demands of the golfer and the environment. The native planting throughout creates a beautiful backdrop and some challenging obstacles. Bunkers guard most greens while the greens themselves are large and undulating. Espiche Golf course is a shot-maker’s course, where each hole poses a new challenge thanks to the variety of the layout. Recent work has made the course fairer for holiday golfers and a number of the bunkers have been upgraded. It's a bit out of the way but well worth the drive.
