Palheiro Golf Course, Funchal

Palheiro Golf Course is on the south coast of Madeira, with majestic views of Funchal and the ocean far below. The course at Palheiro is made more difficult by its hilly terrain and elevated greens. There are some great holes that require careful club selection but really it's just about enjoying the scenery and playing your game. Buggies are recommended as this can be tiring on the legs.
