Golf d'Aro, Santa Cristina d'Aro

Golf d'Aro probably has the best views of any golf course on the Costa Brava. Set in the hills above the coast, this is a super course with spectacular views over the Mediterranean and the mountains of the Gavarres massif. The testing holes stretch across the valley, running up and down hills, winding through olive trees and crossing water hazards. The greens are immaculate as are the fairways. The clubhouse is a lovely old building and we recommend a celebratory drink on the terrace after your round. Buggies highly recommended. 23 miles south-east of Girona.
