In fact, play it off the back (7000 yards, par 72) and you’ll find out why the course has a Slope Rating of 142 and is rated among the best courses in France. It’s a very pretty course too with plenty of wildlife. Soufflenheim is yet another reason why you should put Alsace on your golf wish list. Thirty minutes north of Strasbourg , it’s easy walking and with delicious food in the huge clubhouse.
