Itineraries · South Africa & Mauritius
The Indian Ocean Arc
Overview
South Africa's greatest golf — from Cape Town vineyards to Fancourt's legendary Links — then five days unwinding in Mauritius. The southern hemisphere's finest two-week journey.
South Africa does not ease you in. From Pearl Valley in the Franschhoek vineyards to Pinnacle Point's clifftop Indian Ocean drama to Fancourt's President's Cup Links — available only to hotel guests — this is nine days of South African golf at its finest. Then a two-hour flight east deposits you on Mauritius, where the Constance Belle Mare Plage puts two championship courses at your feet for free and the Indian Ocean does the rest. Fourteen nights. Two countries. One trip that changes what you expect from golf travel.
Who this is for
The premium two-centre trip for golfers who want to do it properly — Fancourt and Leopard Creek in the first week, Ile aux Cerfs and Belle Mare in the second. A genuinely life-changing golf trip that works for mixed groups too. The price reflects the distance and quality; this is not a budget option.

Belle Mare — Rest and Beach
Belle Mare, East Coast Mauritius
After nine intense days of South African golf, Mauritius earns the deceleration. Both the Legend and Links courses are yours as a guest — today is for the lagoon, the spa, and the beach. The Indian Ocean at Belle Mare is among the finest stretches of coast in the world. Let it do its work.
Constance Legend Course
Belle Mare, East Coast Mauritius
Both championship courses at Belle Mare are free for all hotel guests. The Legend Course is the longer, more demanding layout — a proper test in warm ocean trade winds that make every club selection an adventure. Your caddie knows every slope. Afternoon: boat trip to Île Plate (optional).
Constance Legend Course — free for hotel guests; caddie extra
Île aux Cerfs
Île aux Cerfs, East Coast Mauritius
A short motorboat from the Constance jetty carries you to a private island in the lagoon. Bernhard Langer designed the Île aux Cerfs course around the island's natural contours — ocean on one side, lagoon on the other. At €145pp (including the boat transfer), it is one of the most theatrical golf experiences in the Indian Ocean. Afternoon: return for a beach farewell dinner.
Île aux Cerfs Golf Club — €145pp including boat transfer
Last Morning — Fly Home

Conditions
When to Go
Average temperature & rainfall — Western Cape
May to October gives you the best of both destinations simultaneously — South Africa's dry season aligns with Mauritius's cooler months. Avoid travelling during Southern Hemisphere summer (December–February): courses can be dry in the Cape and Mauritius enters its cyclone window.
